Manchester City face Aston Villa in the Premier League's early kickoff on Saturday.

The crisis in which Pep Guardiola's team is now in shows no signs of abating. Despite leading large rivals Manchester United late in Sunday's derby, the champions lost 2-1 at the Etihad Stadium.

Guardiola confesses he is doubting himself following a poor run of performances in which Man City has won only one of their past eleven games.

As a result, they are fifth in the Premier League standings, and nothing in recent performances suggests that a dramatic improvement is on the way.

Villa, however, fell to Nottingham Forest last time out and are seventh in the league. Still, three points might bring them level on points with Forest in fourth.
