AC Milan Target Christopher Nkunku as Blues Push for Xavi Simons

‎Nkunku, who moved to Stamford Bridge with high expectations, has struggled to secure a regular role in the squad. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Milan view the France international as an ideal addition to strengthen their attack before the window shuts next Monday.
‎The 26-year-old has attracted interest from several European clubs throughout the summer, including Bayern Munich, RB Leipzig, and Aston Villa. One significant obstacle to any deal remains Nkunku’s reported salary of €20m (£17m/$23m), which could complicate negotiations.
‎Chelsea are actively looking to offload players this window, with Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson among those linked with exits. The departures would help finance a potential move for Xavi Simons, who has already agreed personal terms with the club. Talks with RB Leipzig, however, are still ongoing.
‎Maresca’s squad recently recorded a commanding 5-1 victory over West Ham and will now shift focus to their upcoming Premier League fixture against Fulham at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
