‎Reports from TalkSPORT reveal that Chelsea are demanding a £10 million loan fee before allowing Jackson to leave Stamford Bridge this window. Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are said to have reached an agreement with the player, but Chelsea remain firm on securing a sizeable financial package before approving any exit.
‎The Blues’ pursuit of Garnacho, who could be available for a fee in the region of £25 million, has further increased the need to make room in the attacking lineup. Jackson’s future at the club has been placed under scrutiny following the summer arrivals of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap, which pushed the Senegalese striker down the pecking order despite his strong performances in previous campaigns.
‎Jackson impressed during his early years at Chelsea, hitting double figures for goals in both of his first two Premier League seasons. However, with new signings competing for starting roles, his chances of regular minutes under manager Enzo Maresca have diminished significantly.
‎Bayern Munich sporting director Christoph Freund added fuel to speculation when he was asked about the club’s reported pursuit of Jackson. Speaking to the media, Freund said: “I’m not denying anything. There are a lot of names floating around. The transfer window is open until next Monday, and anything can still happen before then.”
‎The 24-year-old forward is eager to secure a move away from West London before the window closes. Although he has not yet been placed in Chelsea’s so-called “bomb squad” of outcasts, Maresca has made it clear that Jackson is free to depart. A switch to Bayern Munich, even with Harry Kane leading the attack, could provide the striker with a new challenge at the top level of European football.
