‎Since his arrival in January, Rosenior has been cautious in deploying Garnacho, granting him only four starts in the Premier League. The Chelsea manager has frequently favored Pedro Neto for the left-wing position, reflecting uncertainty over Garnacho’s suitability within his tactical plans.

‎Speaking recently, Rosenior acknowledged the player’s ability and potential, while underlining the need for greater consistency. He noted that Garnacho has shown promising signs in training and off-field preparation, indicating progress. Despite those remarks, reports suggest that within the club there is a growing belief that a summer transfer remains a real possibility.

‎Performance data from the season supports those concerns. Garnacho has been included in the starting lineup for just 21 of Chelsea’s 51 matches across competitions, scoring eight goals overall. Half of those came in cup games against lower-division sides, limiting their overall impact.

‎In league competition, his contribution has been minimal, with only one Premier League goal to his name since the move. That return has made it difficult to justify his transfer fee, especially as Chelsea prepare to refine their squad for the next campaign. The absence of Jamie Gittens due to injury offered a potential opening, but Garnacho has not capitalized on the opportunity.
